Overview
You are one or more of the following;

You place, generally, component / raw material orders with your suppliers and are given an estimated shipping date. You may hold raw material stock or buy it in to order.

The purchase orders are delivered to a single site.

Your customers place orders for your products that you may be able to supply or part supply from stock and you may have to manufacture from comment parts based on the single and or multiple level bill of material in Sage 50.

You need to know what you can build based on actual free stock, what can be built on orders awaiting delivery and what you are short of that needs an order to placed on your suppliers.

You may also manufacture for stock and need controls on this.
It may help you to know when to start manufacturing to achieve specific delivery dates. You need to know how many manufacturing hours you have scheduled per day and week.

A full blown manufacturing suite would be overkill for one or many reasons; additional hardware requirements, training requirements, arduous entry requirements, overly detailed systems, ongoing maintenance.

Code-Barcode  Product Overview 


Code-Barcode enables Sage Line 50 Financial Controller users to benefit from the accuracy and speed of using barcodes to record stock movements.

Code-Barcode offers everything you need to start making savings straight away, all you need is suitable hardware which we offer at very competitive prices.

 

 

“Barcode Production” Simply uses your existing product codes from within Sage Line 50 to produce the barcodes.

 

“Barcode Printing” Simple selection of labels to print from out standing Sage Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, invoices or any individual stock item.

 

“Goods Received” uses the barcodes and directly updates Purchase Order Processing.

  

“Goods Despatched” again uses the barcodes and directly updates Sales Order Processing

  

“Instant Mobile Stock Take” selects the product item by reading the barcode. It then directly updates stock with the accurate count and location details. It also provides an automatic detailed audit trail of all stock variances posted to Sage.


 

“Detailed Stock Take” uses the mobile unit or PC barcode reader to update our detailed stock count module. This also offers itemised scrutiny of the data with a selection of useful reports. It finally “batch updates” Sage as a part of the completed stock take procedure.


“Automatic Validation”
. All movement updates passed through our automatic validation system ensuring the highest level of accuracy.

 Cellar Master For Hotels

Cellar Master for Hotels has been designed specifically for the Hotel and banqueting business sector. It provides a comprehensive stock control and analyse solution. 

With multiple locations, each of which can be defined or grouped into as profit centres, Cellar Master monitors all stock movements, provides everything required for smooth and easy stock takes, and provides detailed analysis and reports. 

With optional built in connectivity to various POS systems we can enable the direct import of Z-Report information; this in turn offers even greater analysis of any differences. Cellar Master stock can be grouped by the same categories as used on the POS system. 

It has video training built in, is suitable for wet and dry stock, is barcode enabled, can print shelf edge price labels and has optional mobile integration including many phones. Supplier templates make recording deliveries a quick and easy task with a printed report being available to attach to your goods in notes.  

It can also offer close monitoring of specific items or product groups, such as cigars, and accommodates ‘mini stock takes’ which could be run say, at the end of each shift. Our margin calculator provides an instant analysis of mark-up and margin to help determine optimum price point. 

Your external stock taker / auditors can also use Cellar Master, entering their details and business terms of reference with you. With this information in place having completed their tasks, they can then produce a certificate directly from with in Cellar Master. Clear, concise and comprehensive trading information for the whole business and for each profit centre / location is the direct result of using Cellar Master for Hotels.
