Bluestone release new Stock Module Addition for Sage 50
Batch and Serial number handling, Multi-Currency, Multi-Warehouse, Multi-Depot, features are available for businesses using Sage 50. We are delighted to announce the inclusion of batch and serial number traceability in our newest release of our Sales and Stock modules in our Work Place Suite which integrates seamlessly with Sage 50 due for release in September 2010 New features in our Stock and Sales Module include: - Batch Number with optional use by and or sell by control and batch traceability
- Serial Number with optional use by and or sell by control and traceability
- Full traceability of transactions including internal movements
- Multi-warehouse also enabling one order to be delivered from multiple locations.
- Multi-bin
- Multi currency
- Simple factoring of stock (existing feature) Sell by one unit, price by a different unit for example sell joints of ham and price it per kg.
- Simple decanting with label production including Batch/Serial data
- Hazardous Goods; T- Road, O–Ocean, A–Air
Additional Sales Module enhancements Our simple customer relationship features are enhanced with the addition of; - Tasks with task types e.g. appointment, phone call, to do, etc
- Scheduling of follow up calls & tasks with ability to assign it to a different user
- Multiple Contacts for each company
- Customer notes
- Mail merge letters
- Produce mailing lists based on filters
- Mailing Label production
These new features add to our automated customer phone call order taking by route feature delivering core, simple to use, customer relationship tools. Work place suite is also Terminal Server compliant enable remote workers access to all the user defined features. Our internal report engine can generate reports based on all of these new features Existing QiP users that wish to upgrade will be able to upgrade both their batch / serial history. (we no longer offer QiP, our previous batch handling software for Sage 50, to new users, but continue to maintain it for existing users).
